About Me
Deborah Hamilton, FNP-BC
I am a board-certified nurse practitioner with 11 years of nursing experience. My experience has been focused on caring for the aging population, in nursing homes, assisted livings and in patient homes. I have worked for over 10 years as a delegating nurse in assisted livings and understand the importance of quality healthcare which allows our elders to age in place. As a nurse practitioner, I have experience with palliative care working as an impatient provider at a local Baltimore City hospital. Chronic disease management, symptom management and advance care planning discussions are among some of my skills. I value open honest communication regarding my patient’s health and encourage patients and families to play an active role in healthcare decision making.
